Hiya steve
Congratz on the new bike, I'm sure you'll have many happy miles on her to come!
Lets hook up with DaveM for a ride soon.
Don't worry about the gearbox, it'll loosen up in time. Meanwhile try to make postive shifts, perhaps move the gear lever down a little. I had the same issue with my bike until she was run in.
