Re-Fitting the panniers to the ST1050

First of all a big Hello from sunny Manchester In the UK.

Does anyone have a diagram or instructions on how to re-fit the panniers on my Sprint 1050?? I took them off along with all the brackets and bits and pieces and now i'm scratching my head as to how to fit them back!
I am going touring France and Italy in a weeks time and I need somewhere to keep my undies!!

pretty straight forward really only 4 bolts hold the rails on and once you have them on panniers are re fitted as normal

Welcome to the forum sirdrinkalot!

deano, I think he probably means the rear bracket assembly with the toilet roll holder thingy & the swinging balls, if you know what I mean :. (You can tell that I don't write technical manuals for a living can't you?) Sorry, I've never removed these items from my sickle.

So since I spent 4 years in Manc for my degree -- I think that you've forgotten what 'sunny' means.

I will need to charge extra because I have to do it in two posts due to the attachment limit.

Does anyone have an idea where to get a compression limiter (as seen on page 5 of the above install directions)? It is the aluminum bushing that fits side brackets for the panniers. When I bought my 06 ST used, the brackets were not installed. Upon later inspection I found I am missing one so have not been able to install the panniers. Couldn't find it on bikebandit (didn't see the panneirs at all).
