Contact Annitori Distributing 1-888-526-6100. They're the Hyperpro distributor in the US and they told me that the model #041 (remote reservoir and fully adjustable) is the one that fits the '02-'04 Sprints. I'm going to get one, but I got side tracked and bought a 2004 Suzuki SV1000S for a real good price and I need to replenish the pocketbook before I can afford the Hyperpro shock for my Sprint.

Thanks much for the information, I will contact Lindemann in the morning and inquire about getting my suspension reworked. Since I'm pretty light (6'/145lbs without gear) but sometimes go camping 2up with all 3 bags installed it'll be interesting to see what they suggest.

Stiles,

As I mentioned before, Traxxion Dynamics in Atlanta can do the job. IIRC they said it was $200. Another $90 for a custom spring, but your weight doesn't suggest you need one.

DaveM, my "low-end" remark was for your benefit. I had no idea I'd hook such a big'n!

Rear shock for 02 Sprint

I recently installed a new Hagon form Dave Quinn Motorcycles. I got the remote preload adjuster option as I ride 2up and sometimes carry lots of camping gear. I had 32K on my scoot. It was a very easy install too. I have only ridden about 60 miles on the new one, but I am sure it won't bottom out like the worn out stock Showa. Warm weather is coming to the Northeast soon I hope.
