Now that I have the '04 RS safely tucked away in my barn, I'm looking for sources of Parts/Accesories for it. Any particular sources that are good for slipons, parts, etc? TIA

Bruce,
Check out the inexpensive mods thread at the top of this forum. Try a dogpile search for Triumph parts. If you bought the bike from a dealer he may offer a discount on parts. My dealer gives me a 20% discount on anything I buy through him (labor too). That keeps his prices about the same as online sources plus, he is a good guy and I help keep him in business.

John:

Thanks. The dealer I just bought my bike from (North River Motors-Salem, MA) seems like a good one. Nice little Triumph only shop. I'll check with them about prices.

SkyKing makes a variety of products for Triumphs. The usual suspects make seats, windscreens, and exhaust systems. Race Tech offers fork upgrades. Ohilins and Penske make rear shocks.

Of course your local dealer should be able to get you any of the official Triumph accessories for it. I've ordered stuff online from Team Triumph (fuel fittings) and AZ Motorsports (exhaust).

I think the best mod you can make is to swap the stock 19T front sprocket for an 18T. You'll notice crisper acceleration and a small increase in RPMs at any given speed. Definately worth the $50 to me.
