Hey all,
Just wondering how many of us are heading down to the island at the end of the month.
Would be great to try and catch up and meet a few of you again.

It will be my first (major) outing in two months

, as I should be getting my repaired bike back this weekend - hopefully.
I can not believe how slowly time goes when I can't take her out for a spin and clear away all the cobwebs.
(Actually I can't FU#$'n believe how long it takes to get some plastics replaced)

Anyhow I need some therapy and you guys can help

I havent been on the bike since Nov 12th and its killing me. I am in desperate need for moto-therapy but am probably at least another 6 weeks from even being able to tune the mistress up. Wish I could get to Australia for a ride

I feel sorry for you guys, I can't imagine not riding year round.

I think I would go nuts.

I live too close for this to be a 'ride' but still wouldn't mind going (last year was a blast)

You have no idea..... I, like 99% of the others on this forum have a passion for all things motorcycle and yes, it drives me nuts not to ride. I am not sure if the forum helps or hinders.... I get to talk bikes but have to read about everyone riding in January.

End of winter is the worst. You see the light at the end of the tunnel but it doesnt come fast enough.

hmm February in the southern hemisphere.... just like Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec and Jan for bike riding :-) Sorry it must be hard to have a winter you cant' ride in. We have "bad" weather from about 6-8wks of the year (Jul-Aug). The rest of the year is ridable in just a leather jacket.

As for the island, will be there Fri-Mon with a few mates (Duc & BeEm riders, I'm the only Trumpy amongst them).

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and new to a Sprint. I'm loving it. I only live about an hour and a half or so from the island. I'll be there Saturday and most likely Sunday. Do you plan to meet up at a certain spot at a certain time?
