Nice day for a ride!

It finally stopped raining, for a few hours anyway.

I think I'll enjoy the empty roads while my fellow mankind watches men in tights chase each other around on a big green carpet.

An odd form of entertainment at first glance, but it does have a certain Shakespearian flair.

I got off the road before the game ended. No pea gravel incidents. I didn't get *too* wet.
We had a bit of sleet yesterday. Pretty nice today, it warmed up to 43. Downright balmy. Eat your heart out OnD!

Jeffro, who got hung up on the outside of your garage door before you raised it?
Did you leave your lights on? No worry, they'll self extinguish.

Hey, I know what cold weather is like. I rode to bike night last night and had to wear a long sleeve tee shirt under my perforated leather jacket!

I think that what you observed hanging from Jeffro's garage door is one of those road side constuction monitors.......you know, the ones holding the Stop/Go signs. I wonder if she has been reported as missing yet?

On a serious note, when I moved to Salem, Oregon, we were in our house for three months before we found out that we could see Mt. Hood from the backyard. We were there for three years, and I think we saw it at least two more times.
