Huggerrrr

After reading all your concerns about the long wait for delivery and the poor quality of the Powerbronze huggers, when I was at the MCN bike show at Excel this weekend I raised your concerns to them on your behalf about the long delivery times and quality of the product. They were a bit surprised and I don't think they believed me, so I told them to look up our site an read the comments for themselves. On the search for a hugger that looks half decent for my babe............. I,m afraid was fruitless !!! glossy black or carbon....yuk
Once again there was no representation of Triumph ??? whats going on. Every other bike make was there. Love the bike but the customer support is crasss. Many Triumph owners there feeling let down like myself. Come on Triumph fly the flag !!!!

What is it with you people?

There has been 1 to my knowledge problem with 1 person's hugger made by Powerbronze and this is the second poster to refer to "quality issues"

Last time I looked one does not constitute a "quality issue" when something is mass produced.

There have been far more problems with Triumph huggers, but no one mentions this.

... hey bluesprinter - they were probably surprised to hear about the 'quality issues' because it seems there havent been many.
I have heard of 2 (I think) that relate to the bracket not having enough clearance to the rear tire.
Usually they fit well and seem to be long lasting.

Heres a link to a similar thread a few days ago

Well out of all the hugger stuff posted I am the one unlucky who has had troubles with a PB hugger. You know what, it happens... not a big deal. i will get it sorted out with the manufacturer and in truth I wouldnt say the PB product is bad overall, just mine.
