I've been thinking of installing Dzus fasteners but it would be a PITA. Look cool though.

They look BLING!

Nice, very tempted by blue - as I always go for the fastest colour

Has anyone bought them?

Do they have the shoulder?

My understanding of the shoulder is that it gives positive location in the large holes in the panels and helps prevent over tightening and therefore cracking.

I get the feeling that without that shoulder they would be easily over tightened, and if not, the panel would slide and move around under the head of the bolt, which could lead to the tab breaking off the fairing.

Thoughts?

I don't know if its true for triumphs, but when I bought the pro-bolts set for my CBR, they were normal pan head bolts without the collar. They provided a bunch of nylon tubes to slip on to serve as the collar. I was a little dissappointed. Their sets aren't any better than I can do in the local ace hardware for less money, though cutting the nylon tubes to such a short length is fussy. They also only included the bolts for the outer fairings...for the inner fairings (on the cbr) I had to go to the store anyways. Not impressed. They do come in wacky colors though I guess...If I had to pick one good thing about them.
