I have the factory grip heaters, but can I replace the grips? I know some heaters are a sleeve type, and am hoping I can change out the stock grips. Thanks!

No, the factory grip heaters are really heated grips. There is no way that I can see to remove the grips from the heater units. The biggest problem would be finding new grips that were large enough to slip over the sleeves that house the heaters.

I think the best method for heated grips that would give you the ability to change your grips is the dual star setup. I have the factory heated grips as well, and they seem to work fine. We'll have to see how they hold up during the warm weather, but for now they're great.
