I'll tell you what. I'm not sneaking in and out of the neighborhood any more. Sure sounds nice though. Went for a 10 mile ride. I have to get the bike to the shop now to get the new tune.
Did you use a strap to clamp the pipes while intalling the tail light bracket?

They will tame down a bit with the TOR tune.

Annoying POLICE

Ive had mine on for a while now and i sometimes have to throttle off or pull in the clutch when going past law inforcement officers, last friday night a friend and i were in a small village and were giving it a bit to much (in first GEAR )when i noticed my friend indicate right and then turned left !!!!!!!!!!i wondered why he was doing this only to find out we had just passed a policeman walking the other way,who started running to his car quickly as we went by,we quickly hid up somewhere and watched as he cruised by and then we blasted in the opposite direction,It was the Tridents that nearly landed me in the S---T oh well never mind (im staying away from that place for a while just in case though.........

That what I did OnD. Still had to use a tapered aignment tool to get the holes lined up so I could fit the bolts on one side.

Were all of the clamps loose while doing this?

The clamps were loose. It was the bag balls bracket flopping around that made the alignment tool useful a third hand would of also worked

I understand.

That ball bracket is an eyesore and a PIA. I only use the bags maybe once a month, if that, and run with the balls and foot pegs removed. It only adds about 15 minutes to the bag install procedure to reinstall them. I would like to remove the ball bracket also, but that would be too much trouble to reinstall due to the plastic fairing.

and run with the balls ... removed.

If I spend more money on this bike I too will run like that. Wife is threatening an audit.
