AAR - Trident Exhaust install & offroad tune - ROCKS!

I already posted up details on the install in another thread, but in summary:

- very easy to install, bolt on, bolt off
- hardest part is probably removing the stock can, since you can't twist and rotate it
- good quality build, fit

The dealer installed the offroad EFI mapping today (for free, btw). This took out pretty much all of the popping sounds, and it runs great.

Results:

- DEFINITE increase in power. It used to lift a little at WOT in 1st gear, now it pulls right up into a full wheelie
- great sound, good burbling most of the time, few pops but nothing distracting
- does settle down in some conditions, 6k rpms seems pretty quiet - so 90 mph cruising you don't even hear the pipes
- pull the stickers and put them on the rear tail. They (mine) didn't stay on the cans
- loud, but great. If you want it quieter, get the baffle
- I think my MPG will drop for awhile, as I use more RPM's to enjoy it!

So, want pipes for your Sprint? Tridents are great!

Ditto wot he said, plus the bike will run cooler. In the middle of the Florida summer, it dropped the in-traffic temp down one bar.

Is that one bar cooler from stock or are you including the TOR?

The Trident with TOR tune lowered the temperature one bar as compared to the stock pipe.
