Replacement heated grips

I have purchased some replacement triumph heated grips for my 2002 ST. Just the rubber bits. Can anyone offer any advice on the best way to fit them? Is it a big job best left to a dealers?

Are they OEM replacements? If so you are looking at about an hour to do it. remove the body work, find the connectors, remove and replace grips.
