I'm tempted to try a 'Laminar Lip' http://www.laminarlip.com/ on my RS. For over a year now I've been using a Ermax 'Bubble' type screen (more rounded and a little taller than standard) , but I'd like to know:

1/ Do they really cut down on buffeting and wind roar (I'm putting up with quite a lot of this)

2/ When fitted, is there still enough airflow to clear the helmet visor of rain? (It rains a bit more in the UK than in CA...)

:hammer:

Got one on my ST and ZR7S. Works great on the ZR and better than the Triumph touring screen on the ST.

Have one on my '01 ST and appreciate what it does. Puts the air at the top of my hat, which is a pain for commuting, but I'm tall in the saddle and can't do anything about that. With stock screen, air was at my chest, which was ok, but fatiguing.

However, once on the highway (or over 55+mph) I usually lean in on my tank bag anyway. At that point, I can hear every note my ST sings to me; no wind noise, no roar, just my three cylinder heaven. Frankly, it makes interstate travel a dream (along with my iPOD).

Put one on my 01 Sprint ST, went out and did a 1500 mile ride-about and was completely glad I had it. Performs as advertised. Not wild about the look, but it goes on and off in a matter of minutes.
