Great Smokys, Blue Ridge, The Dragon................

Just wanted to thank everyone for the suggestions on where to stay and where to ride on my trip to the Barber, Deals Gap, the Skyway and and all the other places. It was the the best ride I have ever had so far. The Two Wheel Inn is the best, I will go back there. Even some of the roads I got lost on were great. You have to go to the Barber Museum, writing about it dosen't do it justice. I was third in when they opened the doors and they threw me out at closing time and I never saw the lowest level, it was not open that day. Total of 3500 miles for the trip. Only one day of rain. Bogarts Triumph in Birmingham Alabama serviced my 02 Sprint on short notice, nice dealership. I like North Carolina, the only jerk I had to deal with on the road was a woman in a mini-van on Route 495, 5 miles form home in Massachusetts. I am all mellowed out from the ride so I won't call her what she really is.

Great Trip!

I'm fortunate to live just a "weekends ride" from all these places. Glad you had a great trip!

I share in your joy. My wife and I were there in June. It's one of my favorite places in the USA.
