Well i just got done running a set of Road Attacks on my 06 Sprint....my conclusion is that I like the tires but i will not be running them again on the Sprint. I mount and balance my own tires, so I know there were no issues with the balancing of the tire. As soon as I put the Road Attacks on I developed a head shake like many others here seemingly have, I thought it was a balance issue, but after checking it after putting a few miles on it was still balanced...as i was irritated and couldn't figure out the cause i just road it out till the rear was shot at 5500mi.
I thought after reading the spacer post that it was possible that they got switched and the tires were slightly misaligned, that was not the case as they were in the correct locations.
so in short i put a set of tires on Friday and put on 300miles this past weekend and not a lick of shaking occurred. So my thoughts are that the Road Attack and the Sprint do not agree with each other at all. And I will be looking to run a different brand of tire soon...time to start my research.
