Hi

did the same thing myself, get down to Halfords and ask for some driving light relays. They are normally hanging up somewhere near the accessories. You will need two, cost £2 - £3 ish. I have seen talk of getting the right sort of relays or you may cause damage but the Halfords ones have been fine.
Next find yourself a left handed dwarf midget and delve under the instruments on the right side of the fairing (or take the fairing off). There are two empty sockets waiting for you!
One word of warning, I have found on my 03 Sprint that the headlight glass is different left and right ie one glass is designed for dip the other for main beam.
Still better than nothing I suppose especially if you uprate the bulbs as well (keep hold of the midget for that one!)

Regards

Paul

does on 'punch' the relay legs straight through the yellow goo in the mounting or do you have to remove the goo first?
just plug them in. Chances are you will need to adjust the alignment of the dual lights to get the best effect.

I did it the expensive way and bought the relays from the dealer. 16GBP I think.
No need to remove panels if you're agile.
Relay block is behind offside headlamp.
Approach from below - snake your hand up and you'll feel it. There's one relay in there already and two empty ports. Push 'em in - they can only go one way- trial and error.
