Has anyone heard of someone who has hacked the computer on a Sprint? What I am looking to do (It may not be at all possible, but I like a good challenge), is to have the speed show up on the driving computer screen. The speed is already tracked by the computer, but I would like to simply have it be one of the display options.

Just curious.

Well, I figured if it was possible, this would be the best place to ask. I'm sure it can be done...just not sure how or how difficult.

How about software and cable that would allow viewing of what is on the ECU? Any recommendations on which one is best?

Why not jump in on the Tuneboy group buy?

I thought about it, but it doesn't do what I want. Tuneboy software will only Read and reset trouble codes, Read engine data, Change engine data and Change rev limiter. I am looking for something that will go deeper into the programming. What I am looking to do may not even be on the ECU, it may be on a separate system. That's why I threw it up here to see if anyone else knew what I was trying to do.

Thanks for the suggestion,
Andrew

Go to college, get an EE Masters or PhD and rewrite the code...I'm pretty sure that's your only option. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
