I've gotten into the habit of pumping my brakes before I ever leave the driveway. One shouldn't have to do that but unfortunately that's how it is with these machines. The brakes work well, don't get me wrong, but that first application when setting up the first sporting-pace corner of the day is always a bit spooky because there is that little bit of doubt in the back of my mind: will I have full braking power or will I have to pump it? BTW, I have been thru the system: cleaned the calipers, replaced the fluid, bled the system and installed HH pads. The caliper swap (I believe some year model Kawasaki ZX9 calipers may fit as well) is relatively cheap. I may do it just for the bling factor :-D I like the look of the gold calipers!

Steve- PM me and we'll get it set up.

Forgive my ignorance but how easy is this to do? Do the busa calipers mount right up to the stock rotors and mounting holes on the 05+ Sprints?

Yes, they mount right up to the stock locations and I am still using the stock brake lines. So that means even a Troglodyte can do it! :hihi:
