I was looking online to get new brake rotors and pads, however I was asked if my serial number was below or above a certain number. I can't seem to find this serial number and it appears I will need this to order my parts  I'm hoping someone here can help me with this thanks in advance.

***** I forgot to let you know the serial number is for a 2000 Sprint RS if that matters. Thanks again.

Look just in front of the gas tank on the right side, where the frame ties in to the steering head.
It's on a silver plate; shows up nicely against the black frame.
