buy an ST dilema

I'm planning to change bikes next year and want a 955i engine. The '99 - '01 Daytona has it outright on looks but is it too sporty for touring? ST may be better for it however looks a bit too bland though and as I want a full fairing even though the RS is lovley I'm not sure I like the half fairing and belly pan. Are there any mods you folk have done to make your ST's more sporting looking without breaking the bank?

There's not too much that people have done fairing-wise on the ST's.

Other options for looks include:

- aftermarket windscreens; smoked, shorter
- various exhausts, including CF and under-seat
- chop the license plate section
- replace mirrors with those from 2000 VFR
- aftermarket seats
- remove the rear grab-bar
- aftermarket turnsignals
