I found that the 1 and 13/16 was a tad to big, there was to much play for the amount of torque that is required on that nut, also finding a 6pt 1 and 13/16 seemed to be an issue as well, so i ended up back at mcmaster carr for the 6pt 46mm, that i will soon be purchasing for $30 plus the reducer from 3/4" to 1/2" for around $13.

Northern Freight carries a 46mm socket.

I've been looking myself in the UK and spotted these from
http://www.ccw-tools.com
Sealey S34/46 - Socket 46mm 3/4”Sq Drive
Sealey AK5402 - Impact Adaptor 1/2”Sq Drive Female - 3/4”Sq Drive Male
total inc vat+P&P in UK looks like £16

Anyone seen better ?

I don't see how 1 and 13/16" can be too big. Do the conversion ! on my calculator it comes in at 46.0375 mm :???: :???:

I as well did all the conversions before i had a local store order me one, and it actually mathematically worked out to be a tighter fit than using a 3/4" in place of a 19mm, but i think you have to take into account the manufacturing tolerances, in other words with out measuring i don't think every socket is the same size to the thousandths. Maybe you will have better luck than me, I just know that there something like 146 ft lbs of torque that is required to hold that nut tight, and I would rather not strip it if I can get the right tool to take it on/off.
