I ordered an item from Hyperformance Parts (www.hyperformanceparts.com ) on April 4/07. I paid immediately by credit card, and after about 2 weeks I tried to phone them to find out where the parts were etc. They have a 1-800 number which isnt accessible from Canada. I tried phoning them on a regular line, and emailing them about 5 times. Finally they replied to one email and said they would forward me a tracking number. They never did that. I eventually got through by phone and was told they had problems with their phone lines, that the person who was looking after orders had quit, that there was difficulty shipping into Canada, blah blah blah. They told me they would phone the supplier, and cancel my order, and credit my CC with the money. (This was May 4). It is now May 31, and I still havent received the refund. I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident, and if other people have had better luck with them, I can accept that. Just be warned that as far as I am concerned, this is not a trustworthy company to deal with. There is nothing like word of mouth for good or bad advertising. Just be careful about this company! If this is just an isolated incident, and you have had good luck with them, be sure to post.
Cheers and ride safe.

Sorry to her about your bad experience with this company. Thanks for letting us know about it.
If you eventualy get billed for it, call your cc company to dispute the charge, record the name of the person you talk to along with the time of day, and follow up with a written dispute via certified mail. Lets hope it was an isolated incident and they have straightened it out by now.
