It shouldn't be that bad, but on my '04, cramp making vibrations are usually a sign that my chain is loose!

It could also be worth getting the balance of your wheels/tyres checked.

You might also want to check that the bar end weights are in and tight

As a final thing, I also suffer from vibration cramp when I hold the grips too tight.

I hope this helps

4_Philthy,
these machines are super smooth. If you have bad vibes something is very wrong.

Get it to a dealer and have it checked.

I tend to get a numb right hand if I dont relax and flex it occaisionally - I think it is fairly common and not a problem with the bike itself.
One solution is one of the throttlerocker type things or the ol' Oring in the throttle trick so you can move the right hand and get the circulation back before it goes numb.
I use a crampbuster - simple cheap and effective.
Possibly a sign of old age?
My brother rode his Honda 1000 for 2 days straight and had numb tips to his fingers that took about 3 weeks to come right - it cant be good for you when you let it get that bad.

:-D I agree with davem. I have done some big trips and you should'nt have any vibe problems.
I can get sore after a long stint, but the sprint is the smoothest bike i have ridden
