My dealer in Indy had them in stock when I bought the bike and had a replacement set a while back when I needed a replacement. I scuffed one up so when the replacement bags came in I bought another pair. I'm thinking of having one set painted with Union Jack's but haven't had time to hunt up a good painter.
mine took about a month or so. if you notice the mounting screw holes go right through!
I went on a road trip without them and hit heavy rains... funny enough I got zero water in. never noticed the holes until I installed the covers.
