Well, I successfully changed my oil last weekend. I don't have an owner's manual, so all the help I got from this forum was a big help. Thanks.

Now, my next project is to flush the brake fluid. I've never bled the brakes on a bike before. Does anyone have any tips about doing it? I have a couple of specific questions also:

First, because the Sprint has triple discs, do I need to bleed the brakes at each caliper? Or, can I just pick one and leave the others alone? (Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm pretty clueless about this.)

Secondly, has anyone ever used one of those vaccum tools like a Mighty-Vac to do this job? I read a bit about them, and it seems it might make the job a little easier, and perhaps less likely to introduce air into the system.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You will have to bleed all three, the front two are fed by one reservoir and the back one from its own reservoir, as an ade to bleeding try the Speed Bleeders on this page

Fronts- pull the lever first while you back off on the bleed screw. Tighten the bleed screw and then let off the lever. Do this until no air comes out of the nipple or you've flushed all the old fluid out of the system. Keep a positive pressure on at all times. Keep fluid in the master cylinder at all times.
Rear- same thing. You're trying to push air bubbles out so maintain a positive pressure on the system. Push on the lever before you open the bleed nipple, and tighten the nipple before you let off pressure on the lever.
If this doesn't make sense, please let me know. Brakes are important, and everyone has to learn sometime.
