Valve Shims

Looking for four 2.55mm shims for my '01 Sprint. Have other sizes for trade. Local dealer .... well its a long story. Thanks in advance.

As I understand it Honda and Suzuki uses the same size shims in their bikes. Try one of their dealers. Take a sample just to be sure. I think the CB750-900/1100 Hondas work. Not sure which models of Suzuki fit.

'01 Sprint, I think you have the shims that are about the size of a quarter. Shims from the Yamaha Venture series will work.

Here's a link to a page from the SUDCO catalog. I showes Triumphs using a 25mm shim which I seem to remember reading someplace else. I think this only applies to the 'shim over bucket' such as yours. (2001 and earlier engines) It showes the other models of bikes that use the same shim. Pretty common size.
