Can any Sprinters suggest suspension settings as I am still not happy with my setup. City riding is OK but bumpy country roads make bike feel unstable especially on bends.
I know city vs country settings will differ but would welcome suggestions from Sprinters for front & rear.
I weigh 84kg and am 5ft 10in tall
Currently running Front preload 12mm, rear preload 7 clicks and rebound 1.25 :???: :???:

Hi acollins,
I am very close to your dimensions and weight. I use hte following settings one up:

Front end 6 turns out from bottom
Rear Preload 12 clicks out from bottom
Rebound damping 1 1/2 turns out from bottom

Hope this helps

Hi ya' Don,

Yeah, everythings cool, just been workin' me lil' butt off. Lotsa' overtime lately and I've gone through 3 different dial up ISP's in as many months trying to get reliable online service. Arrgghh!!!

Finally broke down and went the cable route....Wow!! Can you say warp speed!! And EVERYTHING actually works!!

Other than that, nuthin' new other than mounting a set of the Ride Safer Mini Blaster horns.

Got tired of the wimpy lil' horn that sounded like one on the PlaySkool Barbie Corvette's. These things are frickin' LOUD!! Even with earplugs and a helmet on, they still are uncomfortably noisy.

Now I have some kind of defense whan the inattentive bozos wander over into my lane. These will get some attention.

Approaching high summer up there in your neck o' the woods, hope yer' gettin' a bunch o' riding in.

Have'nt seen much of our other pal in a while either, Mister 1fastcat in LA. Guess he's deserting us for that FJR. And I'm still lusting after the NEW BMW K1200S, but unless I win the Lotto, can't see it happening.

But....with 25 more Lbs than our beloved Sprinters and 160+HP on tap w/BMW ergos and comfort, sounds like a wonderful ride to me!!

Hope all is well on your end. Seems a shame with our common interests to be so far apart.
