Has anyone ever stripped their fairings and made their bike look like a speed 3? Would be interesting to see how it would look. Just say if the fairing was wrecked, could it be done, and what would you need? I've seen this done to GSXR's, Ninja's, etc.....looks cool......

chefjpd,

That does look good. Better than the speed triple as far as the headlight is concerned.

There used to be a guy on this forum from Atlanta with a naked RS. He bought it wrecked and cheap. I think he broke a rod and busted the cases.
I liked the way his looked.

An old style round headlight would look best to me.

My bike desn't look like that, I just took a pic while I had the fairings off.
The turn signals could be easily mounted to the radiator ala S3, or mounted to the now unused fairing mounting tabs.

Here it is. Sweeeeet.....Any comments , please say it how it is. I made some brackets for the mini stalk turn signals as suggested on the unused holes at the bottom of the headlight fairing. Thanks Ya'll
