Brake Caliper Rebulding Kit

Does anyone know if the rear brake caliper on an '03 ST will cross reference to any other bike (like a jap bike). From what I understand, the caliper is made by Nissin, and probably used on other bikes besides Triumph. Im trying to find a kit to rebuild mine, but none of the dealers seem to have one in stock, and I'd like to be able to ride this weekend with front AND rear brakes available.

I priced a rebuild kit from a local dealer and was told that I can only order it with pistons and seals - total cost £48
Took my question to a larger dealer and they offered me similar sized seals that would have been used on a Honda to rebuild the caliper for approx £3 each.

I need to size all seals and go see them shortly as my caliper has pushed the dust seal out and is getting quite sticky.
