I too just bought a new 06 ST ABS

I Bought her(Caspian Blue ABS) on Friday and picked her up Saturday. Rode couple times this weekend and rode her to work today. Wouldn't you know the first time riding her to work I had two Jack Holes come over on me on the highway and it rains on my way home. No fear though I plan on riding her to work everyday. 50MPG wow! my turck I just parked was getting 13mpg and I drive 46 miles one way to work. I told my wife two weeks worth of gas would pay for the Bike. I spent 160.00 a week on gas. anyway enough Babblin. Glad to be here.

Not bad looking, although I prefer the look of my '02 Sprint ST. I don't like the angular shape of the new fairing design. I would like ABS!

I looked at alot of different bikes and I just couldn't pass on The 2.9% financing and free Bags. plus the dealer I bought it from did'nt charge all the BS fees the other dealers add. Bike + tax was it, well and the few accessories I just had to have. of course I hear theirs a wait on the bags, but still they are free. I already took off the passenger pegs for now. I will stick them back on when the Boss(wife) wants to ride with me. Next Im going replace the ship anchor hanging off the back with a home made Eliminator. I already took the whole light apart to see how to build one. Should be simple to build alot less then the 50-200 bucks others are wanting for them.
