had my bike in for warranty service last march complaining of the battery going dead and speedo not working. i told them it neededa new battery. they checked charging and said it was fine and battery test was that is wasn't dead. picked it up and speedo was fixed but bike wouldn't start. after dealing with that it was o.k. but the battery keeps going dead. do they owe me a battery? should i blow it off and buy one rather than blood pressure meds? j

Sounds like a charging problem to me.

Or..

Not leaving your parking lights on overnight?

(Starting with the simplest things).

I've only done that "once"!!

I figure I don't have enough time to make all of life's mistakes myself. So I'm trying to get better at time management.

Well that's good Steve, but as you say even at only once per mistake, you won't have time for them all. So take control - prioritise, paralellise and work smarter not harder :hihi: :jest:

jellero,
I guess it's up to you and how much hassell you want. If it was me I would have another crack at the dealer as it is obvious something is not right.

How about keeping us posted. Even if you decide to call it quits and buy yourself another battery?
