I bought my 06 spring back in late May or early June. Dealer tells me they will be there when they get there. No idea as to when they will show up. Is there something going on over across the pond that might explain the delay? I was assured that they will be the latest and greatest leak free version but they can't forecast an arrival date. Just wondering if anybody else is still waiting on them and or knows what is the cause of a delayed arrival.

I bought mine in mid may and got them within a couple weeks. Don't know what could be the problem.

In this area, guys have been waiting six to eight weeks for the new bags. Just depends on how many people are in front of you and they've been selling at LOT of new Sprints around here.

Triumph could care less about you. If your dealer isn’t willing to fight for what they promised you, you may never get what was promised.

After a number of trips to my dealer and finally a call to Triumph Australia (Peter Stevens) with a promise to do them bodily harm my replacement bags have arrived and are being fitted next week. In the end it is up to your dealer to look after you and give that long forgotten thing called service, if not just keep going up the chain until you find someone who will listen and gives a*****! Oh! and things seem to go faster when I said I was ringing Triumph England. Anyway good luck and safe a happy Sprinting,

My bags were at the dealer before my bike was. I've had it for 3.4 weeks now

Find out who the Rep is for your area and let him/her know what the dealer has been telling you, see if it is bs or realistic

Took me two months to get my bags - they forgot to ship the covers (pannier inlays) with them. I finally got them, but not without daily calls to the dealer...I keep buying these ***** Triumphs - #4,Hinkley- I go to the aftermarket for everything I can. I have horror stories about about the dealers. But there's just something about that motor and the way she handles...............

I'm quietly asking myself the same Q - but have only had my new baby for 2 weeks. I'm taking her in for the 500 mile service tomorrow so hope to get an update in person.

Hope everybody gets theirs ASAP - BB

I bought the bike on June 6 and had the bags on the 14th, just as my dealer said. Sounds like. Seems to be alot of variation depending on where you are. I do know my dealer has a very close relationship with the regional rep, which can't hurt.
