The Australian Triumph National Rally is on the 27/28/29 Oct 06 at Coffs Harbour. It will held at the stunning Novatel Pacific Bay Resort.

Well Sydney Town is south of where we are going.

Is this where I chime in with all sorts of jibes about southerners and the south being so far south and four seasons in one day, snow in summer, etc etc etc....?

I'll be happy to wait for you Ern or if time permits I'll cruise south and we can take in some good twisty bits early.

Is it a camping rally or a credit card and toothbrush rally??
By coincidence this is the day after the Ducati Tourismo finishes in northern NSW and is a credit card and toothbrush run.

Thanks for the offer, appreciate it.

You missed the quip about Mexicans ;-}

It's too far off in time to be able to commit yet.

And the club has its biennial Tassie ride early next year, not to mention the Snowies on the Aust day weekend, so I dare not think about the final bill for tyres sprockets and chains. I'm averaging about 2,800 km a month on mostly Sunday rides so that's another rear tyre every two months or so.

I was saving that one for later, I cant use all my best lines in one go!

I rang the Novotel and they still have heaps of rooms left for this one. I reckon it will fill up quick once the time draws near.

I've decided to go to this one and give Port a miss. Only so much gold in my bag to go around.

I am trying to get the time off work to go to this one. It wouls be good if we all can meet up in Sydney and ride up together

I will arange the next ride day soon, so I will post the dates soon
