It might be an Axio, can't really tell from a thumbnail photo.

If this is what you are looking for, they are getting hard to find.

I'm not really sure about it's being waterproof. I live in Southern California and it doesn't rain here much.

The bag has been in constant use for over 4+ yrs. and has performed flawlessly. It has sun-faded over time, but with care there is no sign of any part failing.

As you can see in the old photo, the bag has a plastic(?) hard top with a fabric lower with a internal stiffener.

I think it was called the Axio Tail Pack? I had one for a few years, but got rid of it when I got a top case. I don't think they are made anymore.
It's not waterproof, but I think it did come with a rain cover. It was a nice little bag, and looked great on the bike as well!
