Had the 12,000 mile maintenance done and decided to put Hagon progressive springs and Racetech emulators in the forks. First thing I noticed was the front end doesn't dive near as much when braking. Second thing I noticed was that I feel the road surface much more through the handle bars. Only had a chance to ride around 80 miles so far since the mods. I like the decreased front end dive, but the jury's still out on the rougher ride, especially on long trips. Time and more miles will tell.

The jury is in. I like it!!! Handles much better. Feels more stable in the corners and my chicken strips are definitely getting narrower. Down to 1/2-5/8 of an inch now and there aren't that many good twisties around here. Bike doesn't feel like it wants to fall into the corner now. Able to dive in deeper and get on the throttle sooner coming out. Still turns in well, even better than before, but able to feel the bike better. Ride more firm, a little "rougher" than the original "plush" ride, but not much. Good trade, well worth the handling improvements.

Sounds good. Was this an expensive mod and how long did it take? I'm not really gonna do anything with the suspension (other than the settings I've changed) but I'm interested in others experience on these lines.
