I hope to make an east to west coast ride this June to see my daughter in L.A. While I'm there I know I'll be needing new tires and some basic service for the return run. (Oil, filter, etc.) Any recommendations on dealers to call to set up a time?

I had work done during my 4 Corners Ride by Southern Cal Triumph. I was so happy with their work that I planned my 10/10ths ride route so that I would be there for service during that ride too. Being on an Iron Butt ride I definately appreciated their quick and prioritized service to get me in and out the door in only 3 hours. Rear tire, front sprocket, oil change, and a complete check of the bike to ensure the bike continued to run top notch. That included the mechanic working through his lunch and their parts guy tracking down the tire I wanted. When I made the appointment they wrote down the wrong tire request but worked hard and found the right tire after I showed up.

To give this kind of service to someone who lives 2500 miles away impressed me.

I purchased my 05 Sprint ST from SoCalTriumph in Brea, CA and Meri is THE nicest saleslady I have ever met.

The service staff are also very knowledgable, kind and helpful.

I just wanna second 2WF's suggestion to take your Sprint to SoCalTriumph.

I also used them for the recall and some minor work - very satisfied with the customer service (only downside was they sold me the wrong model of risers, but had no calms doing an exchange once I'd done my dd and confirmed the correct model #).

Thanks guys! Great recommendations. 2WF, I hope to have the same stuff done. Now I have confidence. BTW, what is a 10/10th run?

I'll look up their number online and as June gets closer and I nail down this trip, I'll set something up.

How far away from L.A. is their dealership? Nevermind, just googled a map. Great location!

If your further west (like towards Santa Monica and points in between) you can go to South Bay Triumph. Really nice guys too. Some ppl have had different experiences with them but I have had nothing less than great service. My only thing with them is that it's a smaller shop comared to SoCal Triumph so turn around isn't as quick as a bigger shop. Check em out!!

2WF - I'm from Corpus. Grew up by Cole park. When you headin back out this way?
