Hi

Is there anyone out there with experience from REMUS slip on silencers? I'm thinking of mounting it on my Sprint RS-00.

Please give me your feed-back! :???:

Be careful with the Remus.

I think the connector pipe they send you is some universal, or mulit fittament type.

I had one of the round cans and it would hit the swingarm on compression. There was no way to fix it, so I sold the can.

I would imagine the oval can would clear the arm. So make sure they send you a connector pipe specific for the DSSA RS.

Also, unless you want to wait 3 months for delivery, don't order from Exotic Sportbike.

Remus are generally good quality but as chef said can be a bit universal in their fitting

Take a look at www.trident-exhausts.com for good pipes for the RS

Not to appear to pander, But I finally Installed a Wolf oval Stainless can on my RS.

Fits perfectly, and sounds awesome.

If you go the Wolff can, make sure you deal directly with the factory in England and NOT the US distributor.

Awhile back we had a big brewhaha about this. This is from Wolff's owner.

If I were to get a can, this is the way I'd go.

I'll second that, no matter what can you buy, DO NOT order through a 3rd party.

specifically, exoticsportbike.com

go directly to the horses mouth (as it were)

i will confirm that ChefJPD's bike sounds awsome with the Wolf. I personally have a Two Brothers and love that sound as well. The Wolf has a deeper tone and the Two Bros has an angry raspiness.

I just got the Trident Exhaust (the line made by Wolf for Triumphs) for my Daytona. Sounds good. And good support.

Chef, what did the pipe cost you, delivered?

And, is the can rebuildable?
