ST 1050 high bars on ST 955 ?.

I have a 2003 ST 955 and find the bars a bit low (after a few hours in the saddle at back road speeds I get bad wrist ache).

Does any know if the ST 1050 high bars will fit on the 955 ?.

Has anyone tried this ?
- do the higher bars mean the throttle cables housing fouls the RH fairing
- do the clutch & throttle cables, and brake pipe, have to be changed

thanks

I believe they share the same bolt pattern, so other than the cables, it should work fine.

Right on the money caddydaddy although some fine filing or dremel work is often required and cables rerouted or lengthened as required.
There is at least 3 or for different height bars if you include the RS which has the lowest as std.

OK. Sounds like it's worth pursuing then.

Thanks for the replies.
