But this is about my Sprint.It's been sold as of today.
I got my asking price, which was fair. The new owner has had cruisers in the past and wants to try sport touring. For that purpose its a great choice and price.
This isn't goodbye; no you'll probably be stuck with me for a while yet. My intention is to buy a S3. I have 2 choices locally. The dealer has a 2009 with 24K and a private sale on a 2006 with 40K. Both are or-ange. I love the orange.
It's kind of bitter sweet The old ST was a fine looking bike and got a lot of compliments. If I could afford to own 2 bikes I would've kept it.
In lieu of luggage I'll get new fitments for my Ventura bags and use that along with a tail bag, I don't really like tank bags.
This forum has been a wealth of good information for the DIY er. I've also come to enjoy a lot of the regular commenters here. It almost made me want to do some travelling to meet mano a mano.This forum has been very well managed IMO.
