Hi Kit, went out today started bike and ran it till the fan came on guess what the fuel gauge was not affected, I think the error code was the same as you get with the broken wires but unfortunately I had deleted all my error codes last time I had tuneecu on. I think KaptainRat, has the answer it looks like a voltage drop to me giving the problem, so a bad earth would do that. The next next time I have the tank off I will have to investigate the wiring earth points etc. Every time I look at the sprints wiring I cringe its so light weight. I have already changed the regulator and upgraded the starter wiring. Regards Paul
