Can someone direct me to the exact procedure for modifying the fuel pressure regulator for increasing the fuel pressure from 40 psi up to 50 or 60 psi? Thanks, tommyturbo2

There is no "exact" in the mod. Just get a couple of proper sized cylinders and squeeze the detented areas yea much.

I used an 8mm 1/4 drive socket (6mm??? I forget) and a small aluminum round bar that fit in the other end. Put the assemblage of stuff in a vice and squeeeeeze just enough to see it move and maybe a bit more.

Like a knob I did the mod right before I did the 18T front sprocket so i don't have a huge amount of feedback but.... I really think it helped the annoying "just off idle" hiccup that showed up after the bike warmed up.
