Need a Seat Cowl?

I switched to a Corbin seat and have a seat cowl in Acidic Yellow just laying around my garage. Make a reasonable offer. I realize you'll have to paint it since the only bike that came in AY was the 2002 RS and the seat cowl was stock.

According to my searching on Google, it sells for $175. I just took a couple pics of it. I'll edit this post to add them after feeding the kids. I'm thinking $50 plus shipping as its in perfect shape.

Sounds like a fair price to me. I'll take that baby off your hands for you! My best friend lives in PA I would need to get his zip code for the shippins as he's coming out here in a couple of weeks anyway. He might be close enough to pick it up and hand you good old cash. Since "stlakid" inquired first, he's got first shot at it. I live in the suburbs east of Pittsburgh. Let me know what you want to do (him pick it up or me ship it to you). Shipping should be cheap. I'm guessing $10, but could check with FedEx Ground easy enough.

I'm glad to see it will find a good home. Didn't use it much since I have a Ventura pack system that usually sits on the pillion seat, then I bought a Corbin seat which the cowl doesn't fit on. Finally, I sold my stock seat to some guy in Oregon that wanted to build a custom seat from the seat pan, so I have no use for it at all.

The door the cowl is leaning against leads into the laundry room where the cat litter box is. Two cats plus the wife doing laundry makes it very hard to keep the studio floor clean. It also sits between the garage and family room, so it gets lots of traffic.

BTW, you still interested in getting yourself recorded? Some time after the holidays would work for me...
