I'm still breaking mine in, however due to experience on other bikes, the ST feels plenty strong enough to high wheel it.
Like the above poster said, the trick is to roll off a bit then on hard while in the power band. You're getting a little extra bounce fromt the forks compressing then extending again.
I don't endorse wheelies in most cases, you will break fork seals, and the bike can get away from you if you're not careful.
However, once it's up a light touch on the rear brake, or rolling off the throttle (SLOWLY for god's sake, don't shut it off all at once or you'll come down hard depending on the height). In any case if you feel you must, start slowly, don't go WOT when you reopen the throttle. Small controlled floaters until you're comfortable.
