Greetings All,

I am looking for feedback on the Triumph accessory top box for an RS. I need some luggage and I like the look of it. I have never seen one in person, so I can't tell what the build quality is like.

Is it weather proof?

is it any good?

I already know it costs too much.

Thanks for your help.

I have never had a problem with the weather, no leaks what-so-ever... although I do get a bit of water inside when I wash it...

I like it... even though it is expensive... I like the look of the OEM boxes... there are better quality boxes on the market... at a better price... but I don't like the way they look as much as I like the Triumph bags... so it's more of a personal decision...

I really like my top box, it holds a TON of stuff, but not quite 2 full face helmets as advertised(maybe 2 smalls)

the attachment hardware is top notch and solid. 2 second removal or attachment.

as previously stated, it looks great, not like an eyesore givi.

never had a drop of water inside.

do you have the rack? quite a bit of work to install, but rock solid.

I added the accessory backrest pad, and my wife is very happy on back.

Hi I have one I bought off ebay (not the right colour, but that's fixable) in fact there is one on there at the moment. They are great. Everything the others in this post have mentioned. I am able to get two full face helmets in the box, but they only fit one way, and not the obvious one! I'll get it out tomorrow and try to remember. I think that it is chins pointing forwards in towards the centre line of the bike. Mine came with the backrest pad and my girlfriend loves it.

We went camping this year, and the box is like a tardis.... it had two sleeping bags, 2 bed roles, the tent inner and groundsheet, and the bike cover. I slung the flysheet and poles underneath it, but with a little straining that fits in as well, but no room then for alcahol and fudge etc

Thanks Gang.

I will let you know when I get it installed. I agree the OEM looks far better than the Givi. That is the only reason I am considering it.

Water was my number 1 concern, considering the daily Florida showers. I am just not logging the miles I would like to because I have no way of carrying my stuff.

Thanks again
