I know this topic has probably been discussed before, but I am looking for soft luggage for my 02 ST. I had the hard luggage but one of them fell off today while I was riding and got destroyed.

A new hard saddlebag is about $550.

I was thinking about getting soft luggage and noticed that others have purchased a soft luggage kit from Triumph. How much is the soft luggage and where can I buy it? How much smaller than the hard luggage is the soft luggage?

Also, are there any other good alternatives in the way of soft luggage? If you know of some can you please post a link.

I have had standard panniers from here for 15 years, they still look as new. The later models are more 'streamlined' i.e. wedge shaped, but they have a lifetime guarantee still.
Don't know if they ship to the US, but I can recommend the product from personal experience.
