Can race tunes be swopped?

Buddy of mine has the ST with the 1050cc motor and therace can.He asked the dealer to use the speed triples (1050) tune and the dealer said no can do.Is this right or wrong?

Well, I don't know about the 05's but I believe they have diffrent cams. As far as the 955's go, they are the same tune more or less.

I would have thought they would be different, as I understand they are in a different state of tune although they share the same donk.

Nope, the base tunes were both 10130 for the hi po pipe. The updated tune for sprint is 10158 which is basicly a 10130 with a speedo read update.
