Baglux Tank Bag

Ok so I think I will be getting a Baglux cover and bag as I think they generally look far better than the triumph bag. But has anyone got one in Sunset Red yet. I phoned Baglux today and they said they have them in stock, in Sunset Red, but have had some customers return them saying the colour match is not right. Any idea how bad it is or are these few just quite fussy, and somehow believe the match should be perfect. Any ideas??? a photo of yours would be nice if you have one :clap:

I've got the baglux harness in the standard BAGLUX RED.

I can confirm this is the same colour as the BRIGHT red on my tri colour 04 fireblade, hence it's differrent to the Triumph Sunset Red & more closer to the Daytona's brighter RED.

The colour's a matter of personal preference,
I already had the brighter Red bag for my fireblade, but would have preferred the correct sunset red harness if I did'nt already have a tank bag.

The tank bag's is really usefulll, especially for motorway filtering work,
plus it also saves me having to use the POXY Triumph panniers !!!!

I`d really like to check out the tank covers and tankbags but I can`t really seem to get any usefull info off their website, even the e-mail link doesn`t work.

Welsrob....write to them and they'll send you a catalogue, good quality piccie's and all the details. Possibly with the conversion(monetary) costs for them as well.

As far as colour is concerned, my British Racing Green tank cover looks almost dull and dirty, but it's only on when I do the big trips, for every day use I just use a tail-pack on an Hepco-Becker rack.

I`ve been in touch with them, the best they could do was send me pictures of an 05 st with the tank cover and an athena bag. Obviously it`s not much help as I have an 04 ST. They quoted 98 pounds for postage to Australia, which I thought was excessive, since I got a full face helmet sent here for 22. Shame.

Welshrob: I went through my local dealer in Melbourne, there's actually a distributor based in NSW that's mentioned on the Baglux site, you might want to drop him an email to see who is local to you that retails it?

welsh rob, im sure if you search e'bay worldwide you will get a 04 baglux set... ive seen 3 in the last month for the 04 and 05
