I lived in Grand Forks, ND for 5 years during college. What a small world. I put a remote start in my dad's 02 BMW K1200 last year. It was a motorcycle specific alarm/remote start. The only downfall about the alarm/remote start that my dad bought was that there was not a brake input to shutoff on the remote start like a normal car auto start. I have put a few auto starts in vehicles and a motorcycle is nothing different than a car when it comes down to it. The nice thing about the K1200 was that you don't have to pull in the clutch to start it so I didn't have to deal with that. I thought about putting one on my Sprint just for the novelty of it but I have been too busy this summer
