I know that ST bikes don't have the best suspension. (Preload front/Preload and Damp rear)

I am more concered with the front. (Since I can get an Ohlins cheap) Looking at the Daytona 650 it has the same size forks 43mm and Has all three adjustments. And they look the same.

Does anyone know if swapping them out will work?

Or should I just go with some racetech springs.

Firmer springs will help but that leaves damping settings that don't match.

That means revalving and oil to suit.

Best option is to have this work done by professional bike suspension guys - and they can customise the setup for your weight, riding style and roads.
