I too have had problems with my radiator. Have had it repaired twice now for the same problem. Heavily corroded around the right angle bypass pipe in the end of the tank. I put this down to poor service history before I bought the bike as the coolant resembled mud before i flushed it myself.
Thats what i like about buying a second hand bike through a so called "reputable" dealer.
They dont even check the basics.
One of the coolant bars has a crack in it.
